Welcome to Amcall Communications. The next 4 steps will enable you to place an order to transfer your lines to Amcall and/or order new lines to your business. Once these steps are completed, you will receive by email a copy of the order and we will start processing it. We would then learn it carefully and contact your for confirmation, we would NOT proceed without confirming the order first with you. At any time you can call us on 0870 1200 373 for help or to discuss your order. Please start by advising us if you are a new customer of Amcall, or maybe you are already an existing customer. If you are already a customer, having the Account Number would be most helpful and we will need from you less information in the process. Your Account Number can be found on the top of your monthly invoice.

Basic Details

Business Details
You can find your account number from your last invoice. Otherwise, go back and choose "Already a Customer but I cannot find my Account Number".
Contact Details
Service Address
The Service Address is the exact address where the lines are installed. This address may be different than the address of your business or the Billing Address. If you transfer to us lines from BT, the service address must be the exact address of the lines as appear on your last BT invoice.
If the address of the new or the transferred lines is NOT the same as the rest of your lines with us, please check below the option "New Service Address" to enter the new address.
Please provide the Postcode of the address where the line is/will be provided
Please provide the full address where the lines are currently installed. The address should be exactly as currently appears on the BT invoice, especially the postcode.
Billing Address
The address where your monthly invoice will be sent.
If the Billing Address is different than the Service Address, please check below this option to provide a different Billing Address.
If the Billing Address is different than the Billing Address of your account with Amcall, please check below this option to provide a different Billing Address
If the Billing Address is the same as the Service Address, please un-check the option above.
If you wish to receive your monthly invoice in a different email than the one you provided us above, please fill below the email address.

Please choose what type of orders you wish to place. Multiple choices are possible.

The Order

Please list the existing lines you have that you wish to switch to Amcall and save money. All the listed lines must be at the same service address including the postcode as currently appear on your BT invoice. For different addresses, please use separated applicaitons. Call us on 0870 1200 373 for any assistance.
Please check the number of Lines you wish to order. All the new lines will be installed at the same Service Address. If you need the new lines to be installed at a different Service Address, please fill separated applications.

as standard by BT, all lines have a standard care level which provide a support by BT within 24 hours. However, you may set a faster care level to ensure any fault will be dealt by BT as fast as possible. Please choose any care level as relevant if you wish to add or change the existing care level that is currnetly on the line.

Direct Debit

Instruction to your Bank or Building Society
Please pay FastPay Ltd Re Amcall Communications Ltd Direct Debits from the account detailed in this instruction subject to the safeguards assured by the Direct Debit Guarantee. I understand that this instruction may remain with FastPay Ltd Re Amcall Communications Ltd and, if so, details will be passed electronically to my Bank/Building Society.

The Direct Debit Guarantee
  • This Guarantee is offered by all Banks and Building Societies that accept instructions to pay Direct Debits.
  • If there are any changes to the amount, date or frequency of your Direct Debit, FastPay Ltd Re Amcall Communications Ltd will notify you five working days in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed. If you request FastPay Ltd Re Amcall Communications Ltd to collect a payment, confirmation of the amount and date will be given to you at the time of the request.
  • If an error is made in the payment of your Direct Debit by FastPay Ltd Re Amcall Communications Ltd or your Bank or Building Society, you are entitled to a full and immediate refund of the amount paid from your bank or building society. – If you receive a refund you are not entitled to, you must pay it back when FastPay Ltd Re Amcall Communications Ltd asks you to.
  • You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by simply contacting your Bank or Building Society. Written confirmation may be required. Please also notify us.
