How does the transfer work? Do I need new cables?
The change to Amcall is seamless because we use the present network infrastructure either via BT or other major carriers.
It may sometimes be necessary to re-program your switch, however the cost of any standard re-programming will normally be covered in full by Amcall.

Can Amcall save money on all voice calls?
In a word , Yes.
Amcall Communications can offer you savings on all of your call traffic. Voice, Fax, ISDN we do it all.

How much can Amcall save me?
Typically we can save between 20% and 35%. Once we have analysed your current bills and call traffic we can give you a more accurate figure for your savings.

How can Amcall offer such competitive prices?
Amcall Communications is a Switchless reseller. Basically this means that we buy minutes of telephone call traffic from a telecoms carrier on a wholesale basis. We then resell these minutes to our clients at a price that is cheaper to the tariffs generally available in the retail market.
Amcall Communications does not own any telephone switches, lines or exchanges so our overheads are low allowing us to pass on the savings to our clients.

Are you tied to one carrier?
No. We buy our capacity from most of the major carriers. This means that if better value can be had elsewhere we can change your carrier from one to another. You would continue to receive your bill as usual from Amcall Communications.

Why don't you publish tariffs?
We don't publish tariffs because we don't have set tariffs. When we get a new client, we analyse their call traffic and then create a pricing structure specifically for the client.
By doing this the client gets a pricing structure that mets their requirements. There is little point in offering cheap calls to Brazil if the client only makes national calls.

I have an office in Paris, can you help me there?
Yes. Amcall communications can currently offer savings to premises in the UK, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Ireland, Italy, The Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland and Sweden. Please visit our International site for further information.
