| Amcall communications will arrange for either your own switchboard maintainer to carry out the necessary work or use a tried and tested engineering company, Eagle Communications. | Ordering of programming can take up to 14 days but the actual work can be completed within a few hours. |

Installation of Smart Diallers

| If your telephone switchboard is unprogramable then in some cases a smart dialler can be installed which can automatically route your call via Amcall communications. If diallers are to be installed then as with the reprogramming of your switchboard, Amcall will arrange for the work to be carried out. | Ordering of programming can take up to 14 days but the actual work can be completed within a few hours. |
| Limitations: Can only be used on Analogue lines and can take up space. |
Installation of Single Line dialler boxes

| Amcall will post smaller dialler boxes (approx. 3 inches square in size) which you simply plug into your existing BT wall socket. Following this you will then need to plug you existing telephone into the single line dialler box. | Programming of single line dialler box and posting can take up to 5 working days days after the setup |

Carrier Pre Selection (CPS)
| What will happen? | Approx. Transfer Time |
| For this to happen Amcall require both your Telephone number(s) and BT account number, of which these details can be found on your last BT bill. Amcall will then place a request with BT for your calls to route via an alternative network. | Once order has been sent to BT, the request can take up to 4 weeks to action. |
| Limitations: A BT phone bill is required for each telephone number that is to be used on CPS. |
NB: No charges will be incurred by the customer for the setup process and generally there is no down time during the reprogramming of any equipment.
