Billing
Amcall can generate client specific billing on paper, disc, email or on a secure
web site via the internet. The on-line option allows us to interrogate all your
CLI data records. Our new Call Protection software will flag up and e-mail you
within 48 hours, in the event that any of a given set of preset pricing or usage
parameters are breached on your telecoms system. Our software is guaranteed not
to interfere with any management information system or call logging arrangements
currently in place.
